Leslie Saporito is a Partner with Bradley Berkland Hagen & Herbst, LLC a national law firm based in Minneapolis, MN. Prior to becoming a Partner, Leslie worked in the Minneapolis office of Baller Herbst. Leslie works closely with Adrian Herbst and Mike Bradley on all aspects of cable service franchising and telecommunications rights-of-way management issues. She assists government entities in making comprehensive telecommunications and cable plans; complying with state and federal communications requirements; drafting, negotiating and enforcing cable and telecommunications franchises; revising integrated right-of-way ordinances; and negotiating pole and fiber agreements. She has been a moderator at the annual conference of the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA) and she has authored comments to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
Leslie is a graduate of Hamline University School of Law and a member of the Florida Bar. In addition to her membership of NATOA, she is also a member of the Minnesota Association of Community Telecommunications Administrators (MACTA).
